was awarded the ISO 27001 certificate for information security management in March 2024. The certificate was issued by SQS and recognized by IQNET. It confirms the high quality and international standard of our security practices. We were already convinced of this before, but now we have it in black and white!The ISO 27001 certification is an important milestone for Primetrack and underlines the importance we place on the security and protection of our customers' information and our own internal systems and resources. We are committed to implementing and maintaining best practices in the area of information security management. In this way, we ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all information for which we are responsible.
What exactly does the certificate mean?
- IaaS (service management and hosted HW platforms)
- Primetrack Cloud (service management and cloud services such as FaaS or SaaS)
- KlickIT (Store Management)
- Primetrack's internal IT and the relevant resources to maintain the above customer services.
The scope of this certification covers various aspects of our services and resources, for example: The certificate confirms that we meet the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 - the international standard for information security management systems and proof of our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in information security. The ISO certification of Primetrack AG was issued on 08.03.2024 and is valid for 3 years, i.e. until 07.03.2027.
