Primetrack AG is taking over intesys GmbH, which is thus joining the Datalynx Group. With this acquisition, Primetrack AG, which operates in Switzerland and Austria, strengthens its position as an IT service provider and adds additional expertise to its portfolio. All employees of intesys GmbH have been taken over and will remain at the Pratteln site. This means that both customers and employees of both companies will benefit from new synergies and the combined expertise of Primetrack AG.      

Basel, August 20, 2025. Primetrack AG, part of the internationally active Datalynx Group, has acquired intesys GmbH, based in Pratteln, as of April 1, 2025, making it part of the group of companies. Through this acquisition, Primetrack AG continues to grow and optimize its service portfolio in the IT sector.

All employees of intesys GmbH have been taken over by Primetrack AG and will remain at the previous location in Pratteln. As part of the group, they will benefit from the combined expertise and shared resources.        

At its headquarters in Basel, the Datalynx Group with its three companies Datalynx AG, Primetrack AG and skillcloud AG combines a wide range of IT services as a «House of IT». Thanks to the close cooperation within the group, customers benefit from a comprehensive range of services from a single source across the entire IT sector, without having to look for additional contacts for their individual IT solutions. The acquisition of intesys GmbH will further strengthen the expertise of the House of IT.
