The organization Youth work Basel – JuAr Basel accompanies children and young people with around 90 employees at a total of 15 locations in Basel - with a broad, creative and colorful range of services: 10 youth centers, youth counseling, the Dreirosen leisure hall with the RiiBistro, 2 offers in day structures and the cooperation project in the GGG City Library Basel. In addition to general youth work and youth counselling, the wide range of activities also includes the Basel Holiday Pass and an employment program for young unemployed people, including coaching.
This diversity also characterized the IT rollout, which Primetrack AG was able to successfully implement at the various locations within a few weeks in autumn 2025. The focus was always on optimally meeting special requirements and providing individually tailored hardware and software solutions.
An individual solution for a versatile organization
JuAr Basel runs numerous, very different youth centers throughout the city of Basel - from Bachgraben to «Gundeli» and Kleinhüningen. One exception is the Birsfelden youth center in Basel. Each center has its own character and an atmosphere that suits the local young «clientele» and is actively shaped by the visitors.
Primetrack works with well-known IT partners and can offer high-quality devices at attractive conditions in Switzerland and the EU, especially for larger orders. The following equipment and accessories were successfully procured, delivered and installed to meet JuAr's diverse requirements:

The result: a harmonious interplay of functionality and design at every location - and modern workspaces that fit in perfectly with JuAr's open and lively identity.
Structured implementation with a personal touch
From the first offer in July to the final rollout date, Primetrack accompanied the project step by step - with deliberately generous time intervals between deployments so as not to disrupt operations at the youth centers.
All devices were pre-installed so that employees could put them into operation without any manual effort.

JuAr Basel has been committed to open child and youth work in the Basel region for many years as a non-profit organization. As a member of the GI beider Basel network - the association of non-profit institutions from Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft - it benefits from the exchange and joint promotion of social projects.
